What does it take to remain competitive in the home accessories retail business?

Furniture Today’s sister publication Home Accents Today is eager to find out — with your help.

The Home Accents Survey is polling a wide range of retailers — from full-line furniture retailers to department stores and discounters to home and gift stores — about their 2023 home accent business to provide benchmarks the entire industry can use to measure and improve home accent sales.

Questions focus on the number and size of home accent categories a retailer carries, fastest-growing categories, year-over-year sales comparisons and whether or not they have or plan to increase prices this year. We also want to know how closely retailers track trends, how they are addressing AI, and what they want most from their vendor partners. Results will be shared in HAT’s August issue. The first 100 respondents will have exclusive access to some of the results from the survey.
