Luxury Resort La Maviglia Coming to Puglia in 2027

Set in the Puglia region of southern Italy, luxury resort La Maviglia is slated to make its debut in 2027.

The anticipated property will span 500 acres of olive orchard landscape as well as a golf course.

Oppenheim Architecture to design La Maviglia

Conceived by Miami and Basel-based Oppenheim Architecture and landscape architecture firm Enea, the resort will comprise a suites-only experience with 70 individual suites, in addition to a 20-room hotel in the La Maviglia Golf complex, complete with 35 expansive villas.

The resort’s offerings will include four chef-driven culinary concepts and a 53,000-square-foot wellness and medical spa.

La Maviglia Golf will integrate countless cultural touchstones dating back to the 16th and 18th centuries, including ancient water features, olive vineyards, and several tree varieties including cherry, almond, citrus, pomegranate, and fig.

Sustainability will also be rooted across La Maviglia’s design, which will adhere to the highest standards for renewable energy, organic vegetable farming, olive oil manufacturing, and wine production.
