New network expands real estate reach for Feinblum group

PLAINVIEW, N.Y. — Furniture industry real estate firm Julius M. Feinblum Real Estate Inc. has joined the Retail Brokers Network.

According to its website, the Retail Brokers Network, which was founded in 1992, connects like-minded brokers wanting to share information, refer business and build lifelong relationship to be more successful. Its independent firms work together on a regional, national and international level in all areas of commercial real estate including tenant representation, investment sales and project leasing.

Feinblum officials say the association will further enhance its 35 years of knowledge and successful relationships in the furniture industry and help to service furniture, bedding and patio retailers throughout the U.S. by enhancing its ability to have feet on the ground in many markets.

With a backup team in more than 40 states, 100 cities and 750 brokers, officials say it will help its team with potential expansion into new markets, repositioning in existing markets and the sale of existing locations along with 1,031 exchanges.
