Norwalk bring back former executive in new VP role

NORWALK, Ohio — Norwalk Furniture has added Carrie Norris to its leadership team as vice president of business development, starting with the company just before High Point Market.

The third generation in her family to work in the furniture industry, Norris previously owned and managed a Norwalk franchise store in Oregon. She previously worked with the company from 2011 to 2015, and also has experience in real estate.

In her new role, Norris will take the lead in three categories for Norwalk: sales execution through retail, to the trade programs for the design community and fostering growth with existing and new OEM partners. She also will be responsible for the execution of markets at High Point, Atlanta, Dallas and Las Vegas.

“Carrie has a deep knowledge of Norwalk Furniture that stems from her experiences as a Norwalk retailer, representative and past executive with the company,” said Tim Newlin, Norwalk president and CEO.
