Purecare promotes, hires 7 in sales team reorganization

PHOENIX — Bedding essentials manufacturer Purecare says it is positioning itself for expansion with seven key personnel promotions and new hires in global business development, sales and training.

The company said the reorganization of its sales team was the next step in its global growth strategy. “Purecare is undergoing a major expansion, and it’s made possible in large part by fostering talent from within as we align our people and processes for continued growth globally and domestically,” said President and CEO Sean Bergman.

In the area of business development, Johan Bosman and Anthony Petrucci were promoted to senior vice president roles, and both have joined the executive team, reporting directly to Bergman.

As senior vice president of global business development, Bosman leads all new business efforts in the U.S. and oversees all international customers and prospects. He was previously vice president of international business since joining Purecare in 2022.

Petrucci, senior vice president of domestic sales, is responsible for every aspect of Purecare domestic retail sales. He joined Purecare in 2014 as director of sales for the East Coast.

A 16-year veteran of the furniture industry, Helena Yates has been named vice president of business development, after almost 10 years servicing several of Purecare’s largest retail partners, most recently as Purecare’s vice president of account development.

Lisa Mellet, with 12 years of industry experience, joined Purecare as senior director of national retail at the beginning of the year. Her key focuses are big box, e-commerce, and furniture retailers.

Industry veteran Lonnie Scheps has stepped into the role of vice president of commercial business, responsible for growth within both the hospitality and commercial arms of the business. He has had nearly a decade with the Purecare team.

As the new director of learning and development, Danny Ramos will assist in strengthening Purecare’s learning and development platform and innovating to bring top-tier training to customers. Ramos has been with the company since 2019.

Luzanne Burt was promoted to director of account development after three years in regional training and key account project management roles. In her new role, Burt ensures the success of all programs and projects for key accounts.
